Ingredients
  • 2Tbsp Liquid egg, or one egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1Tbsp Brown Sugaror less, if preferred
  • 1/2tsp Vanillaoptional
  • 1/4tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/4cup Large Flake Oatsnot quick or instant
  • 1/4cup Chopped fruit or berriesor 2 Tbsp dried fruit
  • 2 tsp Butter, melted and cooled
  • 2Tbsp Chopped nuts and/or seedsoptional
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 350F.
  2. In an oven-proof small casserole or soup bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, until puffed and set in the middle.
  4. Serve warm, sauced with vanilla yogurt, pancake or berry syrup, or additional fresh fruit.
