Instructions
Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 350F.
In an oven-proof small casserole or soup bowl, combine all ingredients.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, until puffed and set in the middle.
Serve warm, sauced with vanilla yogurt, pancake or berry syrup, or additional fresh fruit.
