chopped drained cooked vegetables
and additional seasoning
Blend all base ingredients together until very smooth.
Stir in additional ingredients, such as grated cheese, cooked meat, well-drained cooked vegetables, and additional seasonings by hand. Limit additional ingredients to a total of 2 – 3 cups.
Bake at 350°F until puffed and firm, and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean, or to an internal temperature between 165 and 185°F . Quiche may be baked in an 8 or 9 inch square pan, in a 9 x 13 inch pan, or in muffin pans as desired.
Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
Cool completely to refrigerator temperature before wrapping airtight to freeze.
