Fast Fettuccini Alfredo
High quality ingredients give the best outcome.
  • 1/3 – 1/2cup Whipping Cream (Heavy Cream)
  • 1tsp Butter
  • 1/8 tsp Dry Garlic/Herb Seasoning blend
  • 1/3cup Finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1cup Cooked Pastawarmed, Gluten-Free Pasta can be used
  1. Bring butter and whipping cream to a boil over medium-high heat. Add Garlic/Herb seasoning and simmer until slightly reduced, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until fully melted. Season to taste with black pepper.
  3. Return to low heat. Add pasta, stirring to coat, and continue cooking until well heated. Additional ingredients like cooked meat or vegetables can be added as well.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Fresh finely chopped shallot and garlic can replace the dry blend if desired. Sweat in 2 tsp butter before adding cream.
