Peanut Sauce

  • 1Tbsp Peanut Butterany kind
  • 1Tbsp Chicken or Vegetable Brothor water
  • 1Tbsp Sweet Chili Dipping Sauceor Spring Roll Sauce
  • 1tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1tsp Rice Wine Vinegaror 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2tsp Sriracha or Chili Pasteor a pinch of chili flakes
  • 1/4tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1clove Garlic, mincedor 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp Fresh Ginger, gratedor 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  1. Warm peanut butter to soften it (15 seconds in the microwave). Add all other ingredients, stirring to combine. Bring to a boil over low heat, or in 20 second intervals in the microwave, stirring frequently, until thickened and smooth. Taste, and adjust seasoning to suit your palate. If sauce appears to thin, add more peanut butter. If it appears to thick, add more broth.
  2. Serve hot, tossed with noodles or stir-fried ingredients, or cold as a dressing for noodle salad.
