2cupsChopped fresh fruit or berriesor 1 cup chopped dried fruit
1/4cupButter, melted and cooled
Chopped nuts and/or seedsif desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8 or 9-inch square baking dish or pan.
Combine all ingredients. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 40 – 45 minutes, until puffed and firm in the centre. If eating immediately, serve warm, sauced with vanilla yogurt, syrup, or additional fresh fruit.
If planning for future meals, cool to room temperature before cutting into single servings. Wrap each in plastic and freeze. Re-heat for about 2 minutes in the microwave to serve.
