Popsicles (Fruit Freezies)
A guilt-free treat for your grandchildren (or yourself). The yield depends on the size of your popsicle molds.

Ingredients
  • 1can Pears“in juice”
  • 1cup Fresh or frozen fruitof choice
  • OR 1/2cup Fruit juice concentrate
  • 1/2cup Yogurt(optional if you want dairy-free treats)
  • 1 – 2Tbsp Sweetner of chioce(Sugar, honey, corn syrup, agave)
  • 1tsp Vanilla(optional)
Instructions
  1. Put everything (including the pear juice) except the sweetner in a blender and puree.
  2. Tasting for sweetness is very important. If needed, add a small amount of sweetner to start, then increase as required. Vanilla can give the impression of sweetness, without increasing the sugar content.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze until solid (several hours, or overnight)
  4. Dip popsicle molds in hot water to assist in removing pops.
