Instructions
Place all ingredients except chives and paprika in a food processor. Process until smooth.
Fold in chives (or other green garnish) by hand.
Pipe or spread onto crackers, cucumber or zucchini slices, into celery sticks, etc., as desired. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika, and more chives if desired.
This spread also makes an excellent sandwich filling.
