A quick word of welcome to those of you who are visiting the site after the article in the Herald (March 2021) — so glad to share the website with you!  I hope you find a recipe or two to test-drive! Browse away.  If I might make a suggestion, risotto is a wonderful recipe to celebrate spring flavors — lemon zest and asparagus is a favorite (sometimes with just a few shrimp, or a little smoked salmon).  If you don’t have a housemate to share with, make risotto cakes with the leftover — there’s directions for that too.  Have fun playing with your food.
