There's nothing authentic or traditional about this naan, but it's a serviceable flatbread you can easily make at home - I was surprised how quick and easy it was! Make it any size you want, any shape you want, and stock your freezer with this excellent multi-tasker.
It's my mission to put more money in your pocket by giving you ways to avoid drive-through breakfast, or take-out lunch, or even desperation fast-food dinner. This recipe is very versatile. Having single servings of crustless quiche on hand does not mean that every meal is going to be the same as the last one. Check out all the options!
This is a re-posting of an old chestnut. Not only can you fill your freezer with tasty goodness, you can find out where Carter's "Breakfast Stew" came from.
Green Eggs and Ham -- move over and make room for Green Bennies. Avocado and olive oil make a tasty alternative to Hollandaise in my new brunch favorite.
Expecting house guests? Nothing is more hospitable than waffles for breakfast. Yeast-raised waffles are the absolute best for flavor and texture. You can make the batter the night before, or you can have them waiting in the freezer -- choose your level of convenience!
Spanakopita Snacks are a great make-ahead for cocktail parties or a walking-around appetizer before dinner. Fill your freezer now to free up time on party days. Use this recipe as a starting point for your own particular flavor favorite.
You're heading into the entertaining season, and you need to have a few tricks up your sleeve. A small, quick coffee cake or loaf cake is easy and versatile, and allows you to entertain at a moment's notice. It makes a nice hostess gift too, or a quick addition to a pot-luck invitation.
Who says you can't have cookies for breakfast? I'll bet these are every bit as nutritious as some cold cereals we could name. They can be gluten-free, if you want that, and you could make them nut-free if you plan to them to school. All around, a nice multi-tasker.
Single Serving Sunday breakfast, or pre-planned re-heatable servings -- either way, this is a good alternative to slimy oatmeal in a bowl, or a dried-out oatmeal muffin. Oatmeal is a great source of whole-grain goodness. Stay tuned for other oatmeal ideas.
