Bahn Mi Burgers — a tasty change from the usual fare

Take a break from your usual beef burgers and give these a try. The recipe makes 4 or 5 burgers, but patties can be frozen uncooked for future fast meals. These are great as appetizer meatballs too -- make the Fortified Mayo as a dip. Absolutely delicious!
