Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Liquid egg, or one egg yolk
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar or less, if preferred
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla optional
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch Salt
- 1/4 cup Large Flake Oats not quick or instant
- 1/4 cup Chopped fruit or berries or 2 Tbsp dried fruit
- 2 tsp Butter, melted and cooled
- 2 Tbsp Chopped nuts and/or seeds optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 350F.
- In an oven-proof small casserole or soup bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, until puffed and set in the middle.
- Serve warm, sauced with vanilla yogurt, pancake or berry syrup, or additional fresh fruit.
