Ingredients
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (Heavy Cream)
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1/8 tsp Dry Garlic/Herb Seasoning blend
- 1/3 cup Finely grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup Cooked Pasta warmed, Gluten-Free Pasta can be used
Instructions
- Bring butter and whipping cream to a boil over medium-high heat. Add Garlic/Herb seasoning and simmer until slightly reduced, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese until fully melted. Season to taste with black pepper.
- Return to low heat. Add pasta, stirring to coat, and continue cooking until well heated. Additional ingredients like cooked meat or vegetables can be added as well.
- Serve immediately.
- Fresh finely chopped shallot and garlic can replace the dry blend if desired. Sweat in 2 tsp butter before adding cream.
