Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter any kind
  • 1 Tbsp Chicken or Vegetable Broth or water
  • 1 Tbsp Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce or Spring Roll Sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar or 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha or Chili Paste or a pinch of chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated or 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
  1. Warm peanut butter to soften it (15 seconds in the microwave). Add all other ingredients, stirring to combine. Bring to a boil over low heat, or in 20 second intervals in the microwave, stirring frequently, until thickened and smooth. Taste, and adjust seasoning to suit your palate. If sauce appears to thin, add more peanut butter. If it appears to thick, add more broth.
  2. Serve hot, tossed with noodles or stir-fried ingredients, or cold as a dressing for noodle salad.
