Ingredients
- 1 can Pears "in juice"
- 1 cup Fresh or frozen fruit of choice
- OR 1/2 cup Fruit juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup Yogurt (optional if you want dairy-free treats)
- 1 - 2 Tbsp Sweetner of chioce (Sugar, honey, corn syrup, agave)
- 1 tsp Vanilla (optional)
Instructions
- Put everything (including the pear juice) except the sweetner in a blender and puree.
- Tasting for sweetness is very important. If needed, add a small amount of sweetner to start, then increase as required. Vanilla can give the impression of sweetness, without increasing the sugar content.
- Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze until solid (several hours, or overnight)
- Dip popsicle molds in hot water to assist in removing pops.
