Ingredients
  • 1 can Pears "in juice"
  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen fruit of choice
  • OR 1/2 cup Fruit juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt (optional if you want dairy-free treats)
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Sweetner of chioce (Sugar, honey, corn syrup, agave)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put everything (including the pear juice) except the sweetner in a blender and puree.
  2. Tasting for sweetness is very important. If needed, add a small amount of sweetner to start, then increase as required. Vanilla can give the impression of sweetness, without increasing the sugar content.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze until solid (several hours, or overnight)
  4. Dip popsicle molds in hot water to assist in removing pops.
