Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. package Fresh Cranberries (about 4 cups) (frozen cranberries can be used)
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Zest of One Orange
- Segments of One Orange (removed from membranes)
Instructions
- Roughly chop orange segments
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, sugar and chopped orange segments. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, then reduce to a simmer.
- Continue cooking until all cranberries burst, and sauce starts to thicken.
- Remove from heat and stir in orange zest.
- Serve warm, or refrigerate and serve cold.
- May be stored frozen in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
