Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Mirin or dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar or Saki
- 1 Tbsp Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Clove Garlic, finely chopped or 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Slices Fresh Ginger, chopped or 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, and simmer until volume is reduced by 1/2. If time permits, allow to sit for 15 minutes to extract flavors before straining to remove solids.
