All the flavor of a deviled egg, with none of the fuss.

Ingredients
- 2 Large Eggs Roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup Diced Ham
- 1/4 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Mustard or to taste
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Optional
- Salt and (White) Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp Snipped Fresh Chives, or parsley, or green onion tops
- Paprika to garnish
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except chives and paprika in a food processor. Process until smooth.
- Fold in chives (or other green garnish) by hand.
- Pipe or spread onto crackers, cucumber or zucchini slices, into celery sticks, etc., as desired. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika, and more chives if desired.
- This spread also makes an excellent sandwich filling.
