Ingredients
  • 2 Large Eggs Roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Diced Ham
  • 1/4 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Mustard or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Optional
  • Salt and (White) Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Snipped Fresh Chives, or parsley, or green onion tops
  • Paprika to garnish
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except chives and paprika in a food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Fold in chives (or other green garnish) by hand.
  3. Pipe or spread onto crackers, cucumber or zucchini slices, into celery sticks, etc., as desired. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika, and more chives if desired.
  4. This spread also makes an excellent sandwich filling.
